At Phillip McCallen Motorcycles we pride ourselves on the expertise of our personnel. The workshop is staffed with Factory trained technicians for each of the makes we are proud to represent. We provide all the services your bike will ever need, from pre-delivery inspections, normal preventative servicing, a full diagnostic service and complete engine rebuilds.

Parts
We carry an extensive range of parts from original equipment items to top of the range, performance enhancing products designed to optimise the potential of your machine. Our fully trained parts staff are on hand to share with you their vast knowledge and expertise gleaned from their years of working with top manufacturers and after market suppliers. Our unique relationship with both manufacturers and suppliers ensures a prompt delivery of any item not available from our expansive stock.

Bike Lowering
Another unparalleled service which we offer is the lowering of bike ride height. This is a field which requires our specialised knowledge and expertise in motorcycle geometry. We can alter the ride height by as much as 50mm to suit individual height requirements. This can be achieved by shock absorber rebuilds, replacement springs, specialised lowering kits or tailored replacement shocks.

Suspension
As an official Ohlins dealer we offer the full range of products to suit either the road rider who seeks perfection or the professional racer who wants to win. Our on site service centre ensures an efficient rebuild and service facility for all suspension requirements. With Phillip’s years of experience in suspension set up techniques, the balance and the handling of your bike can be improved, be it for road or race.

Road Tuning
As soon as you get your new motorcycle you want to personalise it, with details and specialist additions to improve the value and individuality and of your machine. We stock a full range of carbon fibre bodywork accessories, special machined parts ranging from rear sets to bar ends, Ohlins suspension parts and a selection of exhaust pipes to help you complete your new machine.

Race Tuning
With a history like Philip McCallen's it should be no surprise to that our shop can help build and prepare your bike for racing. We have the expertise and the parts to transform your bike from a sporting Sunday ride into a competitive track racer. Just ask for details.

Radiator Repairs
Why buy a new radiator for your road bike, motor cross bike or quad? We at Phillip McCallen’s can repair, straighten or re-manufacture all makes. We deal with tube leaks, fitting leaks, damaged cores or tanks and the majority of these items can be repaired at a fraction of the cost of a new one.

Dyno Tuning Facility We have recently upgraded our in-house Dyno facility by installing a 'top of the range' DynoJet 250i Load Control Dynamometer. The Dyno can be used for all aspects of tuning, from fault diagnostics to fuelling set-up for race bikes. With state-of-the-art computer technology we can simulate road or race conditions, perfect for engine break-in, durability testing and fuel injection mapping. Using the 'Load Control' software, we can control the bikes RPM or speed at any throttle opening, and through the exclusive closed-loop software design, the bike is automatically held at the pre determined setting. The Dyno can also be used for 'before and after' comparison tests when fitting tuning mods such as after-market exhausts, power commanders etc.
