The Triumph Factory Tour is a very popular and enjoyable
event. We organized 2 trips during 2007, 24-25th June
and 26-27th August, please see the events list for the
next visits. You will need to subscribe early as places
are restricted to 20 participants on each trip.
We ride down to the factory on the Sunday before the
tour, leaving Phillip McCallen’s at approx 9:00am
in order to catch the late morning ferry from Dublin.
We then follow the A5 through scenic Snowdonia, into
Leicestershire and on to Hinkley. We stay at a hotel
close to the factory, where you can socialize over a
good evening meal and draught ale.
The following morning the tour commences at 10:00am
with a talk and video prior to viewing warehousing and
bike assembly. See if you can spot any new models or
modifications!
We depart Hinkley after lunch in order to catch the
evening ferry from Anglesey.
When organizing the factory tour we always seek group
hotel and ferry bookings in order to minimize cost.
